Cosmetics Good Manufacturing Practice Regulations Article 18
The pipework, drains and ducts in the cosmetics manufacturing premises shall be regulated as follows:1. Shall be installed properly to avoid any drip and condensation to contaminate the materials, products, equipment, and facilities.2. Drains shall be kept flowing smoothly and without any back flow.3. Exposed overhead rood beams, pipes and ducts shall be avoided. Exposed pipes shall be suspended by brackets or separated and not touch the walls for easy cleaning.4. Specific measures to be taken to protect the products when necessary.

化粧品製造場所之管線、排水管及管道，應符合下列規定：
一、具避免滴落物或凝結物污染原物料、產品、設備及設施之安裝方式。
二、維持排水管通暢且不逆流。
三、避免屋頂橫樑、管線及管道暴露；其有管線及管道暴露者，以托架懸吊或支撐隔離，使其不觸及牆壁易於清潔。
四、必要時，其他可保護產品之特定措施。
