Cosmetic Hygiene and Safety Act Article 11

Cosmetics businesses shall establish and maintain data on direct supply sources and destinations of products. However, this provision shall not apply to data on products directly sold to consumers.Regulations governing the scope, items, contents, methods for establishment and maintenance, retention period of data, and other matters to be observed with regard to the preceding paragraph shall be prescribed by the central competent authority.
