The data notification shall be disapproved if there is any of the following:1. Data notification denied pursuant to Paragraph 2 of Article 22, Paragraph 2 of Article 23, Paragraph 2 of Article 24 of the Act.2. Products containing any components prohibited to be used via the announcement made by the central competent authorities.3. Incomplete data notification pursuant to Article 4.

有下列情形之一者，其登錄不予核准：
一、依本法第二十二條第二項、第二十三條第二項或第二十四條第二項規定不得辦理登錄。
二、產品中含有中央主管機關公告禁止使用之成分。
三、未依第四條規定完成登錄。
