Regulations Governing Notification of Cosmetic Products Article 8
The valid period for cosmetics product data notification is three years. If after the three year term, products are still supplied, sold, gave away, public display, or offered consumer trial, the data notification valid period shall be extended three months prior to its expiration.

化粧品產品登錄之有效期間為三年；期間屆滿仍有供應、販賣、贈送、公開陳列或提供消費者試用之必要者，應於有效期間屆滿前三個月內，辦理展延登錄。
