Regulations for Qualifications and Training of Cosmetics Professional Technicians Article 3
Professional technicians shall attend at least 24 hours pre-service training which is held by the competent authority or its accredited institution and obtain a certification:1. Cosmetic hygiene and safety regulations.2. Professional ethics of cosmetics manufacture.3. The scope and content of duties mentioned in Article 4.4. Other courses related to cosmetics manufacture and quality control.
