High-containment laboratories, controlled premises, or other laboratories and storage facilities that store or use pathogens in Risk Groups 3 or 4 shall establish a biorisk management system.Implementation guidelines for the establishment of a biorisk management system in the preceding paragraph shall be prescribed by the central competent authority.
