Regulations Governing Collection of Quarantine Fees at Ports Article 4
Vaccination or medication fees shall be charged according to the following standards:1. Yellow fever vaccination: the cost of each dose is the procurement cost plus an administrative fee of NT$180.2. Meningococcal meningitis vaccination: the cost of each dose is the procurement cost plus an administrative fee NT$180.3. Mpox vaccination: the cost of each dose is the procurement cost plus an administrative fee NT$180.4. Typhoid vaccination: the cost of each dose is the procurement cost plus an administrative fee of NT$180.5. Polio vaccination: the cost of each dose is the procurement cost plus an administrative fee of NT$180.6. Malaria prevention medication: the cost of each tablet is the procurement cost plus an administrative fee of NT$25.7. Amebiasis medication: the cost of each tablet is the procurement cost plus an administrative fee of NT$10.The procurement costs and fees charged for the vaccinations and medications mentioned in the preceding paragraph will be announced by the central competent authority and published in the Executive Yuan Gazette.

預防接種或藥品之收費，規定如下：
一、黃熱病疫苗：每劑收取採購成本，另加處理成本新臺幣一百八十元。
二、流行性腦脊髓膜炎疫苗：每劑收取採購成本，另加處理成本新臺幣一百八十元。
三、M痘疫苗：每劑收取採購成本，另加處理成本新臺幣一百八十元。
四、傷寒疫苗：每劑收取採購成本，另加處理成本新臺幣一百八十元。
五、小兒麻痺疫苗：每劑收取採購成本，另加處理成本新臺幣一百八十元。
六、瘧疾預防藥品：每錠收取藥品採購成本，另加處理成本新臺幣二十五元。
七、阿米巴性痢疾藥品：每錠收取採購成本，另加處理成本新臺幣十元。
前項疫苗與藥品之採購成本及收費金額，由中央主管機關公告，並刊登行政院公報。
