Regulations Governing Quarantine at Ports Article 8
Conveyances shall be subject to quarantine inspection, except for conveyances in any of the following situations:1. For military use;2. Navigating between domestic ports only; or3. Transit without embarking or disembarking of personnel or loading and unloading of cargos, and exiting the port within 24 hours.Any conveyance mentioned under the subparagraphs of the preceding paragraph that is found to carry a patient with communicable disease or the remains of such patient during voyage, or is in need of other controls shall still be subject to quarantine inspection.

運輸工具應接受檢疫。
但有下列情形之一者，不在此限：
一、供軍用。
二、僅航行於國內港埠間。
三、在二十四小時內無人員上下及貨物裝卸並開航出港。
前項各款所列運輸工具在航行中發現有傳染病病人或其屍體，或有其他防治需要時，仍應接受檢疫。
