Regulations Governing Quarantine at Ports Article 31

The quarantine authority shall determine the inspection schedule and the requirements with which the ship must comply for the inspections conducted as specified in Paragraph 2 of Article 28 and Paragraph 1 of Article 29.For ships scheduled for inspection, the shipmaster shall dispatch personnel to accompany the inspection team. If a ship is unable to undergo inspection at the scheduled time, the shipmaster shall notify the quarantine authority in advance. The quarantine authority may adjust the inspection schedule based on the actual situation.
