Regulations Governing Subsidies for Injuries, Illnesses or Deaths due to Performing Control Measures against Category V Communicable Diseases Article 7-2
The central competent authority shall set up a review board to review subsidy application cases.The review board shall comprise 9 to 17 members, to be appointed by the central competent authority from among experts in the fields of medicine, health, anatomical pathology, and law or fair and impartial community members, and one of the board members shall act as convener for a term of two years.Neither gender shall constitute less than one-third of the total number of the board members under the preceding paragraph.

中央主管機關受理申請案件時，應設審議小組審議之。
審議小組置委員九人至十七人，由中央主管機關就醫藥、衛生、解剖病理、法學專家或社會公正人士聘兼之，並以其中一人為召集人，任期兩年。
前項之委員，單一性別不得少於三分之一。
