Regulations Governing Subsidies for Injuries, Illnesses or Deaths due to Performing Control Measures against Category V Communicable Diseases Article 6
Persons having the right to claim for various subsidies are as follows:1. For death payments, legal heirs of the deceased;2. For payments for physical or mental disabilities, injuries, illnesses, the person concerned or his/her legal agents;3. For education costs of children, the children concerned or their legal agent.The order of legal heirs mentioned in Subparagraph 1 of the preceding Paragraph in applying for receiving subsidies, methods of many persons sharing, acceptance stipulated by will prepared in advance by the deceased, and loss of rights to receive, shall be handled in accordance with relevant regulations of the Government Employee's Pension Act.

本辦法各補助費之請求權人如下：
一、死亡給付：死者之法定繼承人。
二、身心障礙或傷病給付：本人或其法定代理人。
三、子女教育費用：子女本人或其法定代理人。
前項第一款法定繼承人申請領受之順序、數人領受之方式、經死亡者預立遺囑指定領受及領受權之喪失，比照公務人員撫卹法相關規定辦理。
