Regulations Governing Management of the Health Examination of Employed Aliens Article 16
Where a certificate required under these Regulations is issued in English, its Chinese translation is not required.Upon receiving a health examination certificate issued by a Designated Hospital according to these Regulations, the employer shall provide the certificate to the employed alien for safekeeping.
