Chinese:: 人類免疫缺乏病毒傳染防治及感染者權益保障條例第24條

In the event that a business premise violates the provisions set forth in Article 10 and fails to make improvements within the prescribed period of time, the owner of the business shall be fined an amount of no less than NT$30,000 and no more than NT$150,000.Individuals in violation of Paragraph 1 of Article 8 who refuse to attend instructional training shall be fined an amount of no less than NT$ 10,000 and no more than NT$ 50,000.

違反第十條規定，經令其限期改善，屆期未改善者，處營業場所負責人新臺幣三萬元以上十五萬元以下罰鍰。
違反第八條第一項不接受講習者，處新臺幣一萬元以上五萬元以下罰鍰。
