Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy Development Act Article 7
The central competent authority shall provide the reasonable rewards or subsidies for the following matters:1.the research and development of Chinese medicine and pharmacy;2.the innovation and development of Chinese medicine preparations;3.the cultivating of Chinese medicinal plants.The objects, qualifications, application procedures, quotas, review, approval, abolitions and other matters of the preceding awards or subsides shall be determined by the central competent authority.

中央主管機關應就下列事項，給予適當之獎勵或補助：
一、中醫藥研究及發展。
二、中藥製劑創新及開發。
三、中藥藥用植物種植。
前項獎勵或補助之對象、條件、申請程序、額度、審查、核准、廢止及其他相關事項之辦法，由中央主管機關定之。
