Mental Health Act Article 29
The following actions towards patients are prohibited:1. Abandonment;2. Physical and mental abuse;3. Leaving patients incapable of caring for their own living in an environment prone to danger and harm;4. Forcing or deceiving patients to get married;5. Other actions of crime or misconduct towards or by exploiting patients.
