Medical Care Act Article 51

The alteration of the bylaw of a medical care corporation shall be reported to the central competent authority for approval. In the case that there is a change in chairperson, directors, or alteration in assets or other registered particulars, the medical care corporation shall register the alteration in accordance with regulations by the central competent authority. In the case of dissolution, the medical care corporation shall register the dissolution.

醫療社團法人組織章程之變更，應報經中央主管機關許可。
醫療社團法人董事長、董事、財產或其他登記事項如有變更，應依中央主管機關之規定，辦理變更登記。
醫療社團法人解散時，應辦理解散登記。
醫療社團法人董事長、董事、財產或其他登記事項如有變更，應依中央主管機關之規定，辦理變更登記。
