Medical Care Act Article 18

One supervising physician shall be established at each medical care institution, and shall be responsible for the practice of medicine at said medical care institution. The applicant shall be the supervising physician of a private medical care institution.The supervising physician referred to in the preceding Paragraph shall be limited to those who has received at least two years of medical training at hospitals or clinics designated by the central competent authority, and have received documents of certification.

醫療機構應置負責醫師一人，對其機構醫療業務，負督導責任。
私立醫療機構，並以其申請人為負責醫師。
前項負責醫師，以在中央主管機關指定之醫院、診所接受二年以上之醫師訓練並取得證明文件者為限。
