Medical Care Act Article 17

The use and change of the names of medical care institutions shall be restricted to those approved by the respective municipal or county(city) competent authority. The principles regarding the use and change of said names shall be determined by the central competent authority.Non-medical care institutions may not use names of, or similar to, medical care institutions.
中文原文 醫療法第17條
醫療機構名稱之使用、變更，應以所在地直轄市、縣（市）主管機關核准者為限；其名稱使用、變更原則，由中央主管機關定之。
非醫療機構，不得使用醫療機構或類似醫療機構之名稱。
非醫療機構，不得使用醫療機構或類似醫療機構之名稱。
