The Enforcement Rules of Dietitian Act Article 7
The following titles shall not appear in the title of the nutrition counseling institution:1. The title of a duly registered nutrition counseling institution belonging to another party located within the same special municipality or county (city);2. A title similar or closely similar to the title of a previously existing nutrition counseling institution which practice license has been cancelled or which has been discontinued through a government directive and located within the same special municipality or county (city);3. A title that would mislead the public into believing that the institution is affiliated with a government agency or public welfare institution or that would cause a disruption of public order or good social moral.

營養諮詢機構不得使用下列之名稱：
一、在同一直轄市或縣（市）區域內，他人已登記使用之營養諮詢機構名稱。
二、在同一直轄市或縣（市）區域內，與被廢止開業執照或受停業處分之營養諮詢機構相同或類似之名稱。
三、易使人誤認其與政府機關、公益團體有關或有妨害公共秩序或善良風俗之名稱。
