For any of the following violations, a fine of NT$ 50,000 up to NT$ 250,000 shall be imposed:1.Ambulance deploy agencies (institutions) in violation of article 21 Paragraph 2 or article 33;2.Hospitals in violation of article 40.

有下列情形之一者，處新臺幣五萬元以上二十五萬元以下罰鍰：
一、救護車設置機關（構）違反第二十一條第二項或第三十三條規定。
二、醫院違反第四十條規定。
