Diplomate Specialization and Examination Regulations Article 20
The central competent authority may terminate the commission if a specialty medical asso-ciation commissioned to conduct the preliminary review for specialist examinations violates any law or regulation or fails to comply with the supervision of the central competent au-thority.Specialty medical associations shall help strengthen specialists’ professional ethics, compe-tence, and capabilities.

專科醫學會接受委託辦理專科醫師甄審之初審工作，有違反法令或不遵行中央主管機關監督時，中央主管機關得終止委託。
