Diplomate Specialization and Examination Regulations Article 18
A person who passes a specialist examination may apply to the central competent authority for issuance of a specialist certificate. The same shall apply to an application for reissuance in the event of loss or destruction, or for replacement in the event of damage.A specialist certificate issued, reissued, or replaced pursuant to the preceding paragraph shall state the specialty and the validity period.

經專科醫師甄審合格者，得向中央主管機關申請發給專科醫師證書；專科醫師證書遺失、滅失或毀損，申請補發、換發者，亦同。
