Diplomate Specialization and Examination Regulations Article 15
The conditions for renewal of specialist certificates prescribed in Paragraph 1, Subpara-graph 5 of the preceding article shall be established with due consideration to the character-istics of each specialty and shall include minimum requirements for participation in the fol-lowing academic activities or continuing education:1. Participation in continuing education courses organized by a competent authority, a college or department of medicine, a teaching hospital, or related medical association;2. Participation in a domestic or international academic conference in the relevant specialty;3. Engaging in clinical teaching or delivering a special-topic lecture; or4. Publishing a medical paper in a medicine journal.

前條第一項第五款所定專科醫師證書有效期限之更新條件，應斟酌各科特性訂定，並包括參加下列學術活動或繼續教育之最低標準：
一、參加主管機關、大學醫學院、系、教學醫院及相關醫學會辦理之繼續教育課程。
二、參加國內外相關專科學術研討會。
三、擔任臨床教學工作或專題演講。
四、於醫學雜誌發表醫學論著。
