Respiratory Therapists Act Article 14
In the course of carrying out their duties, respiratory therapists shall compile records, affix their signatures or seals to the records, and indicate the following:1. Name, sex, date of birth, and address of the patient;2. The method for carrying out respiratory therapy and the date and time when it is carried out;3. Instructions given by the physician.The aforesaid records shall be retained by the institutions where respiratory therapists practice for a period of at least seven years. However, if the party concerned is a minor, such records shall be retained for a period of at least seven years after the party concerned attains adulthood.

呼吸治療師執行業務時，應製作紀錄，並於紀錄上簽名或蓋章，並載明下列事項：
一、病人之姓名、性別、出生年月日及地址。
二、執行呼吸治療之方法及時間。
三、醫師指示之內容。
前項業務紀錄應由呼吸治療師之執業機構保管，並至少保存七年。
但個案當事人為未成年人，應保存至其成年後至少七年。
