Childbirth Accident Emergency Relief Act Article 5
In the event of a childbirth accident dispute, the medical care institution or midwifery agency shall provide a copy of personal medical records, all examination reports, NHI medical orders, etc. within three working days upon the request of the puerpera, her family or representative; the information shall be provided within seven working days at the latest if the information is in a large amount.The cost incurred for copying the information mentioned in the previous paragraph shall be borne by the applicant.

生產事故糾紛發生，醫療機構或助產機構應於產婦、家屬或其代理人要求時，於三個工作日內提供個人病歷、各項檢查報告及健保醫令清單等資料複製本；資料眾多者，至遲應於七個工作日內提供。
