Psychologists Act Article 14
The scope of a counseling psychologist’s professional practice is as follows:1. Psychological assessment of general mental state and functions.2. Psychological counseling and psychotherapy for deviation and disturbances in psychological development.3. Psychological counseling and psychotherapy for deviation and disturbances in cognition, emotions or behaviors.4. Psychological counseling and psychotherapy for deviation and disturbances in social adjustment.5. Psychological counseling and psychotherapy for neurosis.6. Other psychological counseling practice approved by the central competent authority.The prctice under Subparagraph 5 of the preceding paragraph shall be performed in accordance with the diagnosis and consultation or order by a physician.

諮商心理師之業務範圍如下：
一、一般心理狀態與功能之心理衡鑑。
二、心理發展偏差與障礙之心理諮商與心理治療。
三、認知、情緒或行為偏差與障礙之心理諮商與心理治療。
四、社會適應偏差與障礙之心理諮商與心理治療。
五、精神官能症之心理諮商與心理治療。
六、其他經中央主管機關認可之諮商心理業務。
前項第五款之業務，應依醫師開具之診斷及照會或醫囑為之。
