Public Health Specialists Act Article 5
Should any of the following occur, such involved person shall not qualify to serve as a public health specialist. If such person already has served as a public health specialist, thereupon, his/her public health specialist certificate shall be immediately cancelled or revoked.1. Prior cancellation or revocation of public health specialist certificate.2. A final judgment to imprisonment for one year or more without probation due to criminal offense in relation to performance of his/her occupation.

有下列情形之一者，不得充任公共衛生師；已充任者，撤銷或廢止其公共衛生師證書：
一、曾經撤銷或廢止公共衛生師證書。
二、因業務上有關之犯罪行為，受一年有期徒刑以上刑之判決確定，而未受緩刑之宣告。
