Public Health Specialists Act Article 38
Foreign nationals may participate in public health specialist’s examinations in accordance with the laws of the Republic of China.Any foreign national who passes the examination under the previous paragraph and who receives a public health specialist certificate shall be subject to the approval of the central competent authority for the practice of public health activities in the Republic of China and shall comply with applicable laws, professional ethical rules of the Republic of China and the constitution of association of the public health specialist’s association.
中文原文 公共衛生師法第38條
外國人得依中華民國法律，應公共衛生師考試。
前項考試及格，領有公共衛生師證書之外國人，在中華民國執行公共衛生業務，應經中央主管機關許可，並應遵守中華民國之相關法令、專業倫理規範及公共衛生師公會章程。
