Human Organ Transplant Act Article 1
In order to resume patient’s organ function or to save lives, this Act is enacted to permit physicians to remove organs either from a corpse or a living person. For those subject matters not stipulated in this Act, other relevant laws shall apply.

為恢復人體器官之功能或挽救生命，使醫師得摘取屍體或他人之器官施行移植手術，特制定本條例。
