Operators who have seriously violated provisions in Article 23, 24 or 28 of the Act and have been revoked permission certificates by the competent authority shall stop operation immediately and submit follow-up disposal plans to the competent authority for approval within three months from the date of revocation.When there is a plan to terminate the operation of the Biobank, the operator shall handle it based on the provisions of Paragraph 3 of Article 14 of the Act.

設置者違反本條例第二十三條、第二十四條或第二十八條規定，情節重大，受主管機關廢止設置許可處分者，應即停止營運，並於廢止日起三個月內，檢具後續處理計畫書，報主管機關核定後據以辦理。
生物資料庫有停止營運之規劃時，設置者應依本條例第十四條第三項規定辦理。
