Domestic Violence Prevention Act Article 6
To reinforce the promotion of works related to the prevention of domestic violence and sexual assault, the central competent authority shall establish a fund.The sources of the fund under the previous paragraph are as follows:1. Government budget allocation.2. Payment for deferred prosecution.3. Payment for plea bargaining.4. Profit from the fund.5. Donations.6. Fines imposed in accordance with this Act.7. Other relevant sources of income.

中央主管機關為加強推動家庭暴力及性侵害相關防治工作，應設置基金。
前項基金來源如下：
一、政府預算撥充。
二、緩起訴處分金。
三、認罪協商金。
四、本基金之孳息收入。

六、依本法所處之罰鍰。
七、其他相關收入。
