Domestic Violence Prevention Act Article 56
The municipal and county (city) competent authorities shall prepare and make available to the victims of domestic violence written materials about their rights, remedies and services and shall also provide such materials to medical institutions and police authorities.In performing their professional duties, medical personnel shall provide the materials under the previous paragraph to any patient known to be a victim of domestic violence.No address of any shelter shall be identified in the materials under the first paragraph.

直轄市、縣（市）主管機關應製作家庭暴力被害人權益、救濟及服務之書面資料，供被害人取閱，並提供醫療機構及警察機關使用。
醫事人員執行業務時，知悉其病人為家庭暴力被害人時，應將前項資料交付病人。
第一項資料，不得記明庇護所之地址。
