Domestic Violence Prevention Act Article 36-1
During interrogation, the victim may request the presence of a family member, physician, psychiatrist, counselor or social worker, who may also state their opinions.The victim’s request under the previous paragraph shall not be rejected unless the prosecutor deems that the presence of such persons may interfere with the investigation.The person chosen by the victim should be seated next to the victim.

被害人於偵查中受訊問時，得自行指定其親屬、醫師、心理師、輔導人員或社工人員陪同在場，該陪同人並得陳述意見。
被害人前項之請求，檢察官除認其在場有妨礙偵查之虞者，不得拒絕之。
陪同人之席位應設於被害人旁。
