Regulations Governing the Income and Expenditure Management and Utilization of Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Protection Fund Article 4
The Fund is to be utilized in the following ways:1. Expenditures relating to the three-level prevention work against domestic violence and sexual assault2. Expenditures relating to the intervention in domestic violence and sexual assault cases3. Expenditures relating to forensic wound examination and evidence collection, and physical and mental treatment of domestic violence and sexual assault victims4. Subsidizing municipal and county/city governments for the expenses of recruiting additional social workers specializing in domestic violence and sexual assault prevention5. Expenditures on management and general affairs6. Other related expenditures

二、家庭暴力及性侵害防治處遇工作相關支出。
三、家庭暴力及性侵害被害人驗傷採證、身心治療等工作相關支出。
四、補助直轄市、縣（市）政府增聘家庭暴力及性侵害防治業務社工人力費用。
五、管理及總務支出。
六、其他有關支出。
