Regulations of Sexual Harassment Mediation Article 8
The meditation procedure shall be conducted at the competent authority of municipality and county (city) government or other appropriate venues and hosted by the mediators.The meditation procedures may not be open, unless otherwise agreed to by those directly involved. The mediators and other staffs responsible for medication cases should keep the contents of mediation matter confidential unless those matters have been publicly disclosed.

調解，由調解委員於該管直轄市、縣（市）主管機關或其他適當之處所行之。
調解程序，不公開之。
但當事人另有約定者，不在此限。
調解委員及經辦調解事務之人，對於調解事件，除已公開之事項外，應保守秘密。
