Regulations for the Administrative Authorities to Enforce Protection Orders and to Deal With Domestic Violence Cases Article 9-3
When police departments and municipal and county (city) competent authorities receive a notification from the court requesting an extended protection order pursuant to Article 15, Paragraph 6 of the Act, they shall handle the matters according to the following provisions:1.When police departments notify the parties involved: Relevant safety measures shall be adopted according to Article 48 of the Act.2.When municipal and county (city) competent authorities notify the victim: Discuss with the victim to establish a safety plan when necessary.

警察機關及直轄市、縣（市）主管機關接獲法院依本法第十五條第六項所為延長保護令聲請之通知時，依下列規定辦理：
一、警察機關通知當事人時：依本法第四十八條規定採取相關安全措施。
二、直轄市、縣（市）主管機關通知被害人時：得視需要，商洽被害人訂定安全計畫。
