Incentive Measures for Public Assistance Institutions Article 4

中文原文 社會救助機構獎勵辦法第4條
前條第一項第三款或第四款之獎勵，由社會救助機構填具申請獎勵事蹟表（如附表），檢同有關證明文件，向直轄市、縣（市）主管機關提出申請層轉中央主管機關審定後獎勵之。
