Municipal or County(City) competent authorities should create the basic profile of low-income and middle-to-low-income households and submit it to the Municipal or County(City) competent Civil Authorities (units) for verification every month; the results should be submitted to the Municipal or County(City) competent authorities by the third working day of the following month.The Municipal or County (City) competent authorities should monthly submit profile of low-income and middle-to-low-income households to the competent authorities of international matters to verify any entry and exit transaction.

直轄市、縣（市）主管機關應對轄區內低收入戶及中低收入戶建立檔案，並按月將其基本資料送直轄市、縣（市）民政機關（單位）比對；比對結果應於次月第三個工作日以前送直轄市、縣（市）主管機關。
直轄市、縣（市）主管機關應按月將低收入戶及中低收入戶戶內人口資料，送入出國主管機關比對入出國等相關異動資料。
