Enforcement Rules of Social Worker Act Article 7
A social worker shall fill in application, prepare business license and relevant documents and send to the former business license granted organ to transact according to the following provisions when he reports for future reference in accordance with the provision of the first paragraph of Article 11 of this Act：1. Putting up the shutters: to return it after writing the date of putting up the shutters on the business license; 2. Shutout: writing off his business license; 3. Reopening: to return it after writing the date of reopening on the business license; 4. Alteration of administrative region of business: writing off his business license.

社會工作師依本法第十一條第一項規定報請備查者，應填具申請書，並檢附執業執照及有關文件，送由原發執業執照機關依下列規定辦理：
一、停業：於其執業執照註明停業日期後發還。
二、歇業：註銷其執業執照。
三、復業：於其執業執照註明復業日期後發還。
四、變更執業行政區域：註銷其執業執照。
