Regulations on Management of Volunteer Service Certificates and Service Record Books Article 3
A Service Certificate shall be fabricated, granted, and managed by the volunteer service exerciser and shall record at least the following items:1. Name of the volunteer.2. The organization granting the Service Certificate along with the issue/expiration date.3. The Service Certificate number4. Other items designated by the competent authority.The volunteer service mark designated by the central competent authority and a photo of the volunteer shall be printed on the Service Certificate.Service Certificates shall be used for identification of volunteers, and cannot be used for other purposes.

服務證至少應記載下列事項，並由志願服務運用單位製發及管理：
