Public Welfare Solicitation Act Article 18

Within 30 days from the day following the end of a Solicitation Campaign, the soliciting organization shall publicly publish and disclose the donation details of the donors, proceeds from the Solicitation Campaign, as well as income/expense reports and file with the competent authority for records.Any expense payment in excess of NT$10,000 paid out of the proceeds from the Solicitation Campaign under the previous paragraph shall be made by check or wired through the post office or a financial institution and shall not be paid in cash.
