Public Welfare Solicitation Act Article 17
Necessary expenses incurred by the soliciting organization in carrying out the Solicitation Campaign may be paid out of the proceeds from the Solicitation Campaign to the following extent:1.15% if the proceeds from the Solicitation Campaign are below NT$10,000,000.2.NT$1,500,000 plus 8% of the portion in excess of NT$10,000,000 if the proceeds from the Solicitation Campaign are over NT$10,000,000 and below NT$100,000,000.3.NT$8,700,000 plus 1% of the portion in excess of NT$100,000,000 if the proceeds from the Solicitation Campaign are over NT$100,000,000.The value of non-monetary proceeds received from solicitation under the previous paragraph shall be converted based on the market value at the time of donation.

勸募團體辦理勸募活動之必要支出，得於下列範圍內，由勸募活動所得支應：
一、勸募活動所得在新臺幣一千萬元以下者，為百分之十五。
二、勸募活動所得超過新臺幣一千萬元未逾新臺幣一億元者，為新臺幣一百五十萬元加超過新臺幣一千萬元部分之百分之八。
三、勸募活動所得超過新臺幣一億元者，為新臺幣八百七十萬元加超過新臺幣一億元部分之百分之一。
前項勸募所得為金錢以外之物品者，應依捐贈時之時價折算之。
一、勸募活動所得在新臺幣一千萬元以下者，為百分之十五。
二、勸募活動所得超過新臺幣一千萬元未逾新臺幣一億元者，為新臺幣一百五十萬元加超過新臺幣一千萬元部分之百分之八。
三、勸募活動所得超過新臺幣一億元者，為新臺幣八百七十萬元加超過新臺幣一億元部分之百分之一。
前項勸募所得為金錢以外之物品者，應依捐贈時之時價折算之。
