Regulations Governing Installment Payment of NHI Insurance Premium and Overdue Fine Article 2
Group insurance applicants or beneficiaries who apply to the insurer for payment in installments because of being unable to pay off all the outstanding NHI insurance premiums and overdue fines (hereinafter referred to as “arrearage”) in a lump sum shall abide by the Regulations. Any matter not covered by the Regulations shall be governed by other relevant laws and regulations.

無力一次繳納所積欠之全民健康保險保險費及滯納金（以下稱欠費）之投保單位或保險對象，向保險人申請分期繳納者，其應遵行之事項，依本辦法之規定。
