The Regulations Governing Installment Payment of NHI Insurance Premium and Overdue Fine (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulations”) are duly enacted pursuant to Paragraph 2 of Article 36 of the National Health Insurance Act (hereinafter referred to as the “Act”).
