Regulations Governing Installment Payment of NHI Insurance Premium and Overdue Fine Article 10
If the insurer temporarily suspends benefits or issuance of NHI Cards to the beneficiaries due to arrearage of the group insurance applicants or the beneficiaries according to Paragraph 1 of Article 37 of the Act, it shall resume the rights of the latter once they complete the application for payment in installments.

投保單位或保險對象因欠費，經保險人依本法第三十七條第一項規定，暫行停止保險給付及核發保險憑證者，於辦妥分期繳納手續後，應恢復其原有之權益。
