Enforcement Rules of the National Health Insurance Act Article 63

The competent authority in charge of social affairs shall, at regular intervals, appropriate and disburse to the Insurer funds budgeted and allocated, as prescribed in Article 49 of the Act, as subsidiaries for the copayments of the eligible beneficiaries.The VAC may, at regular intervals, appropriate and disburse to the Insurer funds to cover the copayments that certain insureds, who are prescribed in Item 1 of Subparagraph 6 of Paragraph 1 of Article 10 of the Act, shall bear in accordance with Article 43 or Article 47 of the Act.
