Enforcement Rules of the National Health Insurance Act Article 2
The Insurer shall prepare the following documents every month and compile a final report at the end of the fiscal year to be submitted to the Competent Authority with a copy to the National Health Insurance Committee (hereinafter referred to as the “NHIC”) for file and inspection, and publicize such documents on websites :1. Statistical report of group insurance applicants, number of the insured, the insured amount and the insurance premium.2. Statistical report of medical benefit payments.3. Report on the growth of the contracted medical care institutions.4. Accounting report of the insurance financial balance.5. Report on the management of the safety reserve.6. Any other important report and form in relation to Insurance affairs.

保險人應按月將下列書表及於年終時編具總報告，報主管機關，分送全民健康保險會（以下稱健保會）備查，並公開於網際網路：
一、投保單位、投保人數、投保金額及保險費統計表。
二、醫療給付統計表。
三、保險醫事服務機構增減表。
四、保險收支會計報表。
五、安全準備運用概況表。
六、其他與保險事務有關之重要書表及報告。
