National Health Insurance Act Article 66
Medical care institutions shall apply to the Insurer to become contracted medical care institutions. The Competent Authority shall determine the qualifications, procedure, review standards, disqualification, resolution of violations, and other relevant matters pertaining to contracted medical care institutions.The medical care institutions of the preceding paragraph are limited to those in Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen, and Matsu.
中文原文 全民健康保險法第66條
醫事服務機構得申請保險人同意特約為保險醫事服務機構，得申請特約為保險醫事服務機構之醫事服務機構種類與申請特約之資格、程序、審查基準、不予特約之條件、違約之處理及其他有關事項之辦法，由主管機關定之。
前項醫事服務機構，限位於臺灣、澎湖、金門、馬祖。
