The effective date of this act shall be stipulated by the Executive Yuan in the form of orders.The amended articles of the Act shall become effective on the date of promulgation.

本法施行日期，由行政院以命令定之。
本法中華民國一百零七年五月二十九日修正條文，自公布日施行。
