Regulations of Meat Inspection Article 27
The slaughterhouse shall provide the veterinary meat inspector with documents and data necessary for the meat inspection as required by the central competent authority, and submit monthly report of slaughter to the central competent authority.The items and format of document and report described in the preceding paragraph shall be established by the central competent authority.
